what are you up to?

Because I have literally nothing going on.

I'm just coming back from fencing practice.
Going to take a shower and hang out for the night.
Care to join me?

Absolutely. I'm totally free tonight
And tomorrow. And the next day.
guess who finished with her finals :D

God I'm so jealous.
I have two more this week.
Then we'll both be free.

Well, I have total faith in you
maybe not that you'll be able to study with me there
but

I'll try not to totally disappear while studying.
After that I'm all yours though

[Was that mention of "home" intentional? Maybe she was just being kind, or Victoria was thinking about it too much. She had definitely thought about it a lot on the way over. Come to think of it, she'd been staying with Vera far more then at her host home. It just seemed nicer.

She'd thrown on a striped t-shirt and a light jacket that did not hide her new toned form at all. That was sort of how it was now with all of her clothes. She didn't mind all that much.

And whenever she gets there, she's happy to just call from the other side of the door.]

Vera? I'm 'home'.

[Vera opens the door in a simple white dress, smiling from ear to ear. Leaning to the side, she looks beyond her girlfriend to see if anyone else was in the hallway before bouncing up to deliver a loving kiss.]

Hey Vic. [She giggles into the taller girl's lips before turning and heading back into the apartment.]

I really need to cut you a key. You belong here just as much as I do at this point.

It would really help, yes. [Standing out there, waiting for her to open the door kind of puts a dent in their 'secret relationship'.

But they're alone right now, which is perfect. Vic very quickly follows her inside.

And then pulls Vera into a hug from behind, it's quick, but she just enjoys her being close.]

I missed you. [she says, smiling like they hadn't been keeping in touch frequently nowadays.]

[Wow, that feels so good, to be held without even asking. She leans backwards into her girlfriend, blanketing her hands with her own.]

I missed you too. Sleeping by myself feels so weird now.

[It's really all she wants. She lets her head rest on top of Vera's, appreciating the closeness she could experience with her every time this happened.]

It's pretty hard to deal with, isn't it? I'll just have to visit more often.

[She already comes over almost every day now.]

So did you keep yourself busy?

[heiroglyphs]

I took a nice long shower, ate up plenty of time.

[Vic may even notice the bit of dampness to her hair, along with the light floral scent of her shampoo.]

But what about you? Any plans for the summer?

You look great.

[Oh, that's nice. She catches the scent as she breaths in. She still wonders just what she did to deserve all this.]

Actually, I was kind of thinking we could plan some things. I've only been in Recolle for, like, a term. I don't know everything there is to do around here.

God I forget that you've been here for even shorter than I have. Is there anything in particular you wanted to do?

And yet, I've already been through so much.

[Most of it good though.]

You know, I've wanted to check out some movies around here, maybe see the beach too.

[And of course she's thinking about neat date locations.]

[heiroglyphs]

I'd love to go to the beach, and it'd be fun to go out in public and see a movie together, rather than just holing up at our apartment all the time.

[She'll try not to linger on the thought of Victoria in a bathing suit.]

Sounds like an amazing idea.

[Okay but, she'll probably linger on it, won't she? Vic is lingering on it.]

Soooo, uh... [Vic's tone drops slightly. Her head moves down, closer to her girlfriend's level, coming to rest on Vera's shoulder.] I just happened to notice that... you keep saying 'our' apartment...

[Penny dropping, Vera.]

Oh... have I?

[She rests her head against her girlfriend's, letting out the warmth in her cheeks.]

I guess I'm just used to you being here now, and we spent all that time together while we were tiny. I feel like you belong here, y'know?
