[Bed. Oh. She doesn't need to tell Soleil twice. She tries not to let her excitement show too much, but she is failing. She has the smile of a kid on Christmas morning. Coming off as too thirsty won't be cool, though.]

Got it.

[Soleil makes her way into Vera's bedroom, continuing to carry the girl with nothing more than an one-armed hug.]

Here we are, in my princess's chambers.

[Vera's bedroom is large, ornate, and almost clinically white. Her bed sits centered in the room, piled with fluffy blankets monogrammed with the heiress's initials.]

Feel free to get comfortable. I thought we could order some dinner, and I got you a robe if you wanted to take a bath later.

[Regardless of the intentions of this visit, Vera continues to be a conscientious host.]

[This is certainly going to be the classiest bootycall Soleil has ever been party to. She didn't come here expecting to be fed...or bathed.]

Oh, I see. It would make sense to have dinner before dessert.

[She winks. It should be clear what she is counting as 'dessert'.]

A bath, though, hmm. I sure would be disappointed being separated from you for even that long.

I just thought that a warm bubblebath would be the perfect way to end a long night.

[She grabs one of her fluffy blankets and wraps it over herself. She wasn't bluffing, saying she was cold.]

You're just so lucky that my bath fits two.

[Soleil sits down on the bed, putting Vera on her lap in the process. ]

Oh, thank goodness. I'll need someone to reach the hard-to-reach places.

[Vera never lets go of Soleil's neck, pulling the warm blanket tight over the two of them. Leaning in close, she whispers softly into Soleil's ear.]

Tout ce que tu veux ce soir est le tien, mon doux tournesol.

Oh, jeez.

[If her face weren't red before, it is now. Having her usual tricks turned around on her is not something she is going to get used to any time soon.]

Tu es trop généreux, ma petite princesse. Je suis venu ici pour prendre soin de toi, souviens-toi.

[Under the blanket, Soleil slides a hand from Vera's back onto her thigh.]

[Vera's spent far too long studying how to flirt to not be at least okay at it. Maybe she gets lucky every once in a while.]

Tout ce que je veux, c'est être dans tes bras ce soir. [She traces little circles on the side of Soleil's neck with the tips of her finger.]

Should we order dinner while the night is young? Ou préférez-vous commencer le plat principal?

Je pense que tu sais.

[Soleil is not the patient sort. There are few things that take precedence over food, but this is one of them. She gives Vera's thigh a squeeze.]

I've got all I want right in front of me.

[If Vera's face wasn't red before, it certainly is now. The closeness, those words, and that hand on her thigh are making her heart pound inside her chest. Before she knows it, her legs are wrapped tight around the taller girl's waist.]

P-prends-moi et fais-moi le tien.

[Between Vera's nervousness and the so very direct request, Soleil is excited.]

Comme tu veux, ma princesse.

[She gives Vera a soft, gentle kiss.]

[This is exactly what Vera wanted. The warmth, the closeness, the taste of her lover's lips. She lets out a low sigh, sinking into Soleil's arms as her eyes drift shut. One hand roams to the back of the taller girl's head, fingers running through her new pink locks.]

Mn...

[Soleil is most comfortable here, with someone in her arms. It is so easy to forget about all the nonsense about Retrospec and school and their future with Vera on her lap. She couldn't think of anything but the feeling of the girl's lips and the weight of her petite body on her lap.

She closes her eyes and tilts her head as she deepens the kiss.]

[Nothing matters right now. All of her stress and worries melt away, until all she can focus on are the strong arms around her and the soft lips against her own.

Her second hand reaches up to grasp at the taller girl's collar, tugging on the handful of shirt to keep her close.]
